1. Scope of Service
ApprovaVisa provides an automated biometric photo formatting, background leveling, and ICAO Doc 9303 compliance validation tool for passport, visa, and identification document applications. ApprovaVisa is an independent technical service and is not affiliated with any government agency or embassy.
2. User Obligations
Users agree to submit only authentic, unedited photographs of themselves or individuals for whom they have explicit legal authorization. You agree not to submit fraudulent, deceptive, or copyrighted imagery belonging to third parties.
3. One-Time Payment Model
Services are rendered on a per-transaction basis. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden charges. Once an order is paid, download access is available immediately and remains active for 1 hour.
4. Compliance Guarantee
ApprovaVisa guarantees that photos approved by our validation pipeline conform to the official published requirements of the selected jurisdiction. For full refund conditions in the event of an official government rejection, refer to our Refund Guarantee policy.
