About ApprovaVisa

ApprovaVisa brings AI-powered photo preparation, document-specific assessments, and digital and print-ready outputs into one modern online workflow. Explore specifications for 139 country and territory entries, take or upload your photo, and prepare an output set without creating an account.

Photo preparation built around your application

• Country and document selection. Choose the relevant specification for dimensions, framing, background, and output requirements.
• Detailed automated assessments. Completed assessments report measurements such as head height, eye level, head pose, background difference, and exposure, with individual check results and retake guidance. A high summary score does not override a failed verdict.
• Digital files and print layouts. The processing workflow produces a digital JPEG and a printable photo sheet.
• Specialized photo resources. Explore passport and visa guidance, DV lottery checks, ERAS/ECFMG residency photo tools, 2×2-inch layouts, and baby passport photo preparation.

Clear pricing, without an account

Standard is USD $7.99 per photo set and Premium is USD $11.99 per photo set. Regional currencies and applicable taxes can affect the checkout total. Compare the plans and included outputs before choosing.

Source-linked guidance and recorded checks

Country pages and guides link to authority sources and show recorded dates where available. Those dates describe the update or check recorded on the page; they do not imply every requirement was reviewed today. Our sources and corrections policy explains how to read the guidance and report a change.

Independent from government agencies

ApprovaVisa is not a government agency, embassy, or passport authority. Links to government websites identify sources of requirements; they do not imply affiliation or endorsement. The receiving authority makes the final decision on a submitted photo.

Choose the right application route

Digital applications and paper applications can have different requirements. Some require a professional photographer or a photo code. Check the official instructions for your document and application route before purchasing.
